Sadgun Kambhampati
Sadgun received her Master's in Biology at the Central University of Hyderabad and her Bachelors in Education. Her teaching experience started in Chennai where she taught 11th and 12th grade Biology. In the US, her work with high schoolers has its beginnings in her work as assistant teacher in Algebra and Biology in University High School which is an award winning, top-ranked high school in the country. Her approach and teaching style quickly yielded significant improvement in student abilities and that experience set her on the path of mentoring other high schoolers. the other went to John's Hopkins University. Consequently, she began counseling families and students in the community who came to her for advice until she eventually formalized her guidance by founding iAim in late 2013 with Sravani.
As an IEC, Sadgun is a consummate researcher who likes to go straight to the source for answers. She has accrued extensive, invaluable information on how to best approach the college admissions process. Sadgun shares that in-depth knowledge, from SAT preparation to what specific colleges focus on, to best match a student’s application to their ultimate goals. From the college selection to the final college decision, Sadgun’s counsel is based on years of experience and knowledge.
Serving on the Board of CIRD-NA as Treasurer, she is also a volunteer pronunciation coach and scriptural guide. Sadgun contributes boundless energy to many community events and the cultural milieu of Irvine.

Sravani Jandhyala
Before making the United States home in 1989, Sravani lived and studied in several countries in Europe. In the US, Sravani received a B.A (cum laude) in Biology and a Masters in Public Health from UCLA School of Public Health. Her work experience includes Curriculum Development, Evaluation, Grant writing and teaching. Her work experience started in the area of adolescent health which instilled in her a strong affinity for working with young people. As Assistant Director of the Indo-American Cultural Center which served to showcase the cultural and artistic expressions of second-generation Indo-Americans she embraces diverse views and cultural perspectives. Added to that, successfully working in grant/proposal writing and management in the non-profit sector, accruing organizational and community leadership, greatly inform Sravani’s counsel to young high schoolers as they chalk their path to college and beyond.
As an IEC, Sravani is passionate about helping students identify long-term college and career goals vis-a vis actionable items. Especially through the essay coaching process, she seeks to inspire students to make their high school experience both reflective and rewarding.
As a longtime Ektaa Center Board member, UCLA Alumni Scholarship selection volunteer, writer and memorization coach, Sravani engages enthusiastically with the vibrant community around her.
